The NC Zoo Society works hand-in-hand with the North Carolina Zoo to secure funding that will protect the health and well-being of the Zoo's animals and offer comfort and safe-keeping to animals that remain in the wild.
Gifts to the NC Zoo Society provide all or nearly all of the funds to support these programs.

Video equipment and Internet access to allow password protected, 24-hour monitoring of pregnant, newborn, sick or aging Zoo animals.
