A Tree Grows in My Yard?

 The N. C. Zoo teamed up with the county's extension office to bring horticulturist and TV star Bryce Lane to the Zoo to talk about Gardening in Small Spaces: Big Ideas for Small Trees.” Mr. Lane is slated to talk at the Zoo's Stedman Education Center on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 6:30 p.m. Bryce Lane appears on UNC-TV’s In the Garden with Bryce Lane and teaches in the Department of Horticultural Science at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. The talk is free, open to the public and no reservations are required. Just come out, sit down and hear what Mr. Lane has to offer. o reservation is necessary for the lecture, which is open to the public.
