Riverbanks Zoo Changes Reciprocation Policy

The Riverbanks Zoo will no longer provide free admission to N.C. Zoo Society members or to the members of other zoos that participate in the AZA Reciprocating Admission Program. Instead, Riverbanks will provide a fifty percent discount to members of reciprocating zoological institutions.
The difficult economy made it necessary for Riverbanks to institute this policy. Because participation in the Reciprocating Admission Program is voluntary, Riverbanks and other zoos are free to change their admission policies at any time. We regret any inconvenience that this causes our members.
